In the box this week, third week of the hungry gap:

- a lettuce

- a spring cabbage

- 60g bunch radishes

- 100g mixed salad leaves

- 140g sprouting broccoli

- 250g beetroot leaves (cook like Swiss chard)

Along with three of the following items:

- 200g Swiss chard

- 180g spinach

- cauliflower

- 120g rocket leaves

- 300g beetroot
