It was a trip down memory lane for Mike who sampled faggots made by Joanne and Lesley – it’s been over three decades since he lasted tasted them, made by his Mum ๐Ÿ˜‰ He declared them excellent which please the two cooks no end!

Joanne and Lesley prepared these on a practise run for their farm “Eating from Nose to Tail” cookery course to be held at the WI training kitchen in central Ipswich on Saturday 14th September 2013 – booking details to appear on our website soon! Lesley is a professional ex chef, and Joanne is an amateur cook who enjoys experimenting with eating well for less. You can follow her adventures on her blog Simple Eating in Suffolk.
