200g tomatoes

350g green tomatoes

100g spinach

1 lettuce

2 leeks

1 sweet potato

1 spaghetti squash OR 2 peppers OR 200g runner beans OR 3 beetroots

1 pumpkin (for Halloween – but if you’re hollowing it out don’t you dare throw the inside away!)
