Brussel sprouts with bacon and fig marmalade, by Pernilla

A very simple recipe kindly suggested by farm member Pernilla…

“Just for a change, try cutting [them] brussel sprouts in halves and cooking them lightly in a frying pan with a little finely chopped bacon for flavour. To finish off, add a spoonful of fig marmalade and black pepper, it’s really lovely.”
