Do I have to be super fit to join?

Absolutely not!

We welcome members of all ages and all levels of fitness. There is always a variety of jobs to be done from gentler work such as planting out seedings, sowing seeds in module trays, hoeing and weeding through to shovelling woodchip and moving compost!

If you have any serious health concerns we suggest you consult your doctor just to be sure that community gardening is suitable for you. Also, just tell us if a task we suggest isn’t appropriate for you.
