In the box this week, third week of the hungry gap:

– a lettuce

– a spring cabbage

– 60g bunch radishes

– 100g mixed salad leaves

– 140g sprouting broccoli

– 250g beetroot leaves (cook like Swiss chard)

Along with three of the following items:

– 200g Swiss chard

– 180g spinach

– cauliflower

– 120g rocket leaves

– 300g beetroot
