The Oak Tree Farm CSA to appear on ITV1’s “Tonight”

The Oak Tree Low Carbon Farm Rushmere-St-Andrew, East Ipswich, Suffolk will appear on ITV1’s “Tonight” at 8pm on Monday 12th August 2013.

The Oak Tree Farm Community Supported Agriculture Scheme in action!

This is the first of four programmes looking at the nation’s eating habits, and will examine the UK’s food sources. The team asks how the public’s attitude to food has changed following the headline-grabbing revelations of the horsemeat scandal earlier this year.

The Oak Tree Farm’s Community Supported Agriculture Scheme will appear towards the end of this first programme as an example of very local food production, in contrast to the long food supply chains that are now typical in the UK.
