Pizza evening at filming for the Greenest County entry

Filming about the Oak Tree for the Suffolk Greenest County entry is hungry work, so the wood-fired oven was started up for some rounds of pizza baked the way it’s meant to be baked – in a seriously hot oven! Joanne had prepared sourdough bases at home

The toppings included fresh eggs from The Oak Tree chickens, and some spinach leaves with rather too many holes in to go into our members bags – a great combination!
