Wilted Chard With Butter & Garlic recommended by Hayley

This colourful chard recipe provides the perfect side dish to any salmon main course.

Serves 4

Ready in 10 minutes


  • Good knob of butter
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 800g ruby or mixed chard leaves, washed just before use
  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan over a medium heat
  2. Add the garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the wet chard to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Season well, then serve.
