Our summer veg boxes are brimming with fresh produce at this time of year. Tomatoes, cucumbers, courgettes, aubergines, peppers, new potatoes, fresh greens, beans, peas, garlic, Tropea onions, beetroot, and more. Despite the drought we’ve managed to keep our irrigation system operational through the upgrade to a higher capacity generator and pump, so we’ve had minimal losses. But the weather is seriously hot and dry so it’s been a real challenge keeping everything watered and cool this summer!
