What do I do with green tomatoes?
Every autumn we clear the polytunnels of the summer crops to make room for the new winter salads and other crops. There are always a few green tomatoes that haven’t had time to ripen and, not unreasonably, many ask, “what on earth do I do with these?”
Well, here’s an idea – there are probably more out there!
and you can use green tomatoes as a regular ingredient in recipes such as curries and chilli!
