We hosted a local WI group who came to pick and arrange some of our low carbon, naturally grown blooms in the summer, and some of our members also enjoyed a ‘snip and sip’ evening of deadheading, which help extend the last of the flowers well into September.

Visitors were invited to take farm tours and our wonderful members helped run activities including, pond dipping, seed sowing, arts and crafts, making elder necklaces and bug hotels. On the Saturday before Christmas we celebrated the winter solstice to mark the turning of the season. It was a lovely evening with a beautiful sunset, followed by music around the bonfire.
