We’ve been busy with the new growing season at The Oak Tree with lots of clearing of old crops, mulching new beds and of course sowing literally thousands of seeds. Our Spring veg boxes have lots of fresh leafy greens as well as the last of our stored winter veg such as our beautiful crown prince squashes. Upcoming crops for our members boxes this spring are: kale, spinach, lettuce, chard, leeks, parsley, cauliflower, baby turnips, radishes, spring onions, pak choi and, as we approach the summer months, early carrots….
