Visit us

We are very much a working farm, and members are usually to be found on site helping to grow lots of lovely farm produce. If you think you’d like to become a member but aren’t sure about signing up yet, do contact us and we can usually arrange to show you around the farm at a work party so you can see what is involved.

Our next open day will be on Sunday 21st May 2023 2-4pm. Come along to the farm at the height of spring! You can have a tour of the farm as well as taking part in craft activities, bug hunting and more. We occasionally hold other events open to the public so check our news page for any upcoming dates.

We also host educational visits where groups can come and learn about the farm and enjoy our outdoor classroom and wildlife space for a range of activities.

To get to the farm by public transport the number 59 bus from Ipswich Cattle Market bus station stops less than 200m from the farm – The Willows bus stop, from which you walk on past the bend in the road and turn left at the Baptist Church onto Playford Lane. Alternatively the much more frequent number 63, 64, 65, and 66 buses from Ipswich station or Town Centre stop around 1km from the farm – Linksfield bus stop on Woodbridge Road. From here you turn left and walk all the way along Bent Lane, then at the mini roundabout take a dog leg straight on to cross Playford Road onto The Street. Continue along The Street then turn right at the Baptist Church onto Playford Lane.
